BACKGROUND:
The company exists because of the powerful evidence that human life, across the world, continues

to extend providing new opportunities for health enhancing, value adding, purposeful active living

solutions, particularly for communities at risk, with particular reference to the elderly and children.


Furthermore, and with the rise in hypokinetic diseases of lifestyle, caused largely by low levels of
physical activity, comes the increased risk for health compromise. Typically, these individuals suffer
with degenerative musculoskeletal impairments and manifest chronic diseases of lifestyle which
potentially complicates their survival trajectory.

 In response to this evidence, and the health compromise of sedentary life, Iconage Holdings  
(Pty) Ltd has developed innovative interventions to prevent, enrich and at least maintain current levels
of physical function. Through the unique and holistic approach the overall health status of the client
